  • Plastic coated steel roof sheets finished in anthracite for durability
  • Gutters and down pipes to each side of the roof
  • UPVC double glazed french doors with timber storm shutters over with stainless steel fixings
  • Choice of bright paint colours to match the beach front
  • Solid timber sub floor including 18mm marine plywood cladding
  • Solid treated 50×75 timber framework
